2. Refund Eligibility

2.1 Eligible Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

  • ✓ You request the refund within 14 calendar days of your purchase date
  • ✓ The product does not work as described in our documentation
  • ✓ You encountered technical issues that we were unable to resolve
  • ✓ The product doesn't meet your needs (no reason required)

2.2 Both Licenses Covered

Both Regular License and Extended License purchases are covered by this refund policy.

2.3 Non-Eligible Situations

Refunds will NOT be granted in the following situations:

  • ✗ Refund request made more than 14 days after purchase
  • ✗ You changed your mind after using the theme extensively in a project
  • ✗ You violated our Terms of Service
  • ✗ Issues caused by third-party plugins, hosting, or custom modifications
  • ✗ You purchased the wrong license type (contact us for a license upgrade instead)
  • ✗ Abuse of the refund policy (e.g., multiple purchases and refunds)

3. How to Request a Refund

Requesting a refund is simple. Follow these steps:

Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days

4. Refund Processing Timeline

Once your refund is approved:

  • Stripe Refunds: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • Credit Card: May take an additional billing cycle to reflect on your statement
  • Confirmation: You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Note: Processing times depend on your payment method and financial institution. We process refunds immediately on our end.

5. What Happens After a Refund

Once a refund is issued:

  • • Your license to use the theme is revoked
  • • Your download access will be disabled
  • • Support for the product will no longer be available
  • • You must remove the theme from any active projects

6. License Upgrades

If you purchased the Regular License but need the Extended License:

  • • Contact us at hello@astroswiss.com for an upgrade
  • • You'll only pay the price difference between licenses
  • • No need to request a refund in this case

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to your transaction. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
